  Dear Sir or Madame,
  
  
  With this e-mail we want to confirm our booking of the two houses in the period between the 4th and the 11th of september. Until now the treaty has been closed by Judith Firchau but we want to transcribe the responsibility on to me, because there is a risk of timing caused by university examns. We hope there are no problems on your side and that you can send us the document as fast as possible that there are no further problems.
  
  We are looking forward to meeting you and have a question about our holiday in your accommodation. Would it be possible to arrive already on Friday evening around 9pm (or later)? If not we will arrive how discussed already on Saturday.
